Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Salad and Go is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist in the recruitment and onboarding process; ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and the organization.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including sending out onboarding materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Coordinate the background check process for prospective employees and ensuring timely completion of checks.
Oversee the accurate and timely completion of I-9 forms for new hires, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring alignment between interviewers' availability and candidates' schedules.
Compile and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and diversity statistics, to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:

years of experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role (Bachelor's degree preferred) Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, background checks, and I-9 compliance.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
