Responsibilities Outbound/inbound calls with insurance companies, doctors, and attorneys Troubleshoot patient claims and follow up as necessary Post and Reconcile insurance payments in client software Qualifications Dependable, self-motivated team player, able to multitask Great communication skills Problem solver Willing to think outside the box and offer suggestions to improve quality, workflow, and current procedures.
