Job Description:
The Operations Director is responsible for evaluating and managing operational functions by taking the initiative to strategize, ensuring financial goals are met, creating a standard of superb customer service, and guiding staff to foster an environment of teamwork and comradery.
This position will participate, hands-on,in coordinating patient care as well as work with multiple company divisions to facilitate an exceptional patient experience.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated leaderwith 4
years in a management role exhibiting proven skills inproject managementand building positive relationships with staff and patients.
Demonstrating strong discernment and sound decision-making to preemptivelyresolve a diverse range of obstacles is a must.

Essential Functions:
Help oversee day to day administrative and operational functions of the facility Responsible for preparing, auditing, and monitoring production statements Act as a liaison with physicians, nurses, and other departments to coordinate and implement patient-focused care Collaborate with other divisions of the company as needed Responsible for all aspects of supervision, including interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and evaluating staff Navigate the communication and solutions for patient issues and customer service Assimilate medical industry best practices and standards to ensure accordance with the law and investigate opportunities for innovation Proactively strategize and take initiative to advance the organization Required
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a Business or Healthcare related field is preferred 4
years of relevant management experience Demonstrate leadership through follow-through, detail orientation, logistic design, consistent communication, effective listening, and positive relationships Result-driven critical thinking abilities Emotional intelligence The candidate should have experience working closely with physicians and an executive team An ownership spirit and sense of personal accountability to deliver individual and team results Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience managing a medical clinic or facility Experience in healthcare Knowledge in insurance billing Understanding of HIPAA requirements Aptitude to understand and implement new systems and technology Experience working with third-party vendors for coverages Recommended Skills Active Listening Administration Attention To Detail Auditing Billing Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
