The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing complex voter trends and compiling detailed manuals that will be utilized for our Chase the Vote initiative.
Responsibilities:
Utilize voter registration technology to document voting patterns and history.
Compile and maintain extensive spread-sheets with detailed information about voter demographics and trends on the local, state, and national level.
Assist in creating detailed manuals and maps containing micro-and macro-voting trends and recommendations for field operations.
Work in conjunction with the Field Team to compile voter data that will be hosted on the TPA's App for the 2024 General Election cycle.
Minimum
Qualifications:
1-2 years in a research or data analysis role, preferably within a political or campaign setting.
Proficiency in discerning meaning from patterns and identifying trends in data.
Experience in voter contact technology.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and other G-Suite software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills.
Must be able work in office at our Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.
WOW Skills:
Extensive knowledge of party politics and a deep understanding of political landscapes.
Prior political experience in a campaign and or data analytics role.
Certification noting completion of a data analytics course or training.
Degree in data analytics or a comparable field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
