Summary:
Project manage a large data integration effort stemming from a recent acquisition.
Coordinates a team of associates throughout project life cycle.
Conveys clear expectations of project goals.
Directs work activities and keeps team on track with project schedule.
Resolves complex and escalated issues as they arise.
Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of project management approaches, applications, and technical processes related to project goals.
Recommends and implements modifications to improve project results.
Collaboration - Works in conjunction with individuals, business units, and outside parties.
Reporting - Develops methods of tracking progress and performance.
Analyzes results to determine potential issues, risks, and enhancements.
Conveys recommendations to appropriate parties through reports or other documentation.
May review tasks status, applications, or technical processes to determine metrics.
Requirements:
7-10
years of complex IT Project Management experience Led multiple data integration projects, ideally related to acquisitions Banking industry experience will be prioritized; insurance, financial or healthcare accepted Technical acumen, understanding of software development and data management Experience supporting Agile projects, working with Agile teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Preferred:
Regulatory compliance experience Preferred:
BI tools integration experience Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Big Data Communication Data Integration Data Management Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
