Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
Prepares and manages construction purchase orders.
Manages purchase order supporting documents.
Prepares and manages construction subcontracts.
Manages subcontract COI's and related supporting documents.
Manages various logs, reports, and templates.
Maintains relationships with vendors to ensure cost effective procurement practices.
Responsible for company data management and record keeping systems, electronic and paper.
Performs other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent required - additional training a plus.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's data management software and systems.
Familiarity with working in a technical environment.
HR experience preferred.
Construction Administration experience is preferred.
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations preferred.
Familiarity with construction processes and communications preferred.
Work Environment:
Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to move various material up to 20 lbs at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
