Operations Team Member Promo/Uniforms/Apparel and Printing
Our team is in need of a great Operations Team Member.
The Operations Team Member will support internal employees, suppliers and Client needs.
In addition to Operations responsibilities, the person will also handle some general office work, customer service, and will coordinate with our warehouse, accounting, sales &; graphics staff.
Day to day
Responsibilities:
Coordinate warehouse and fulfillment project order flowInventory managementHands on with Clients, Suppliers and our other team membersProcess, enter and follow-up on orders with manufacturing and customersManage graphic design needs (high level) and can assign/explain/manage art - does not need to do graphic design although that is a nice plusSupport our Accounting team with detailsInterface with our other Customer Service Team Members, Sales, Suppliers, Warehouse Staff, Management and Corporate office team members.
In time may learn to price, quote and specify swag/merch/apparel promotional products and commercial print items for programs/projectsHeavy phone and email support.
Additional duties as assigned.
Some periodic light warehouse support.
Requirements:
Previous Operations experience.
Promotional products or printing industry experience isa plus.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.
