Responsibilities:
This position will be mainly outdoors taking care of lawn and grounds maintenance.
Outdoor maintenance of the building is also a large part of this role.
o Maintain landscapes by watering, pruning, fertilizing, planting, and weedingo Troubleshoot irrigation systemso Perform landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, and weedingo Maintain records of materials and equipment usedo Remove debris and trasho Maintain and replace exterior signageo Maintain and paint curb, bollards and other exterior areas as needed.
o Landscaping and paintingo Candidate should be comfortable with basic lawn care toolso Valve replacemento Irrigation repair
Experience:
o High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
o Excellent understanding of landscaping principles and practiceso Knowledge of plant and soil types and characteristicso Knowledge of irrigation systemso Knowledge of gardening tools and equipmento Ability to communicate effectively with clientso Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations required Recommended Skills Communication Landscaping Maintenance Painting Problem Solving Safety Principles Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
