Responsibilities:
This position will be mainly outdoors taking care of lawn and grounds maintenance.
Outdoor maintenance of the building is also a large part of this role.
Maintain landscapes by watering, pruning, fertilizing, planting, and weeding Troubleshoot irrigation systems Perform landscape maintenance, including lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding Maintain records of materials and equipment used Remove debris and trash Maintain and replace exterior signage Maintain and paint curb, bollards and other exterior areas as needed.
Landscaping and painting Candidate should be comfortable with basic lawn care tools Valve replacement Irrigation repair
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree GED and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
Excellent understanding of landscaping principles and practices Knowledge of plant and soil types and characteristics Knowledge of irrigation systems Knowledge of gardening tools and equipment Ability to communicate effectively with clients Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations required Does this position have the potential to convert to direct? Yes What is the Lift Requirement? Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of less than 50 lbs.
