This role is ideal for HR Generalist seeking career growth as a HRBP.
This role will work closely with management teams in building organizational and people capabilities, helping to shape and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
They will develop partnerships across the Arizona facilities to deliver a value-added service reflecting business objectives.
The role holder maintains an effective level of business literacy about the Arizona facilities' operational capabilities, performance, and culture.
He/she is a strategic contributor who understands and plays a key role in achieving the vision, mission, goals, and results of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Supports current and helps to create and implement new company HR initiatives that drive business objectives.
Coaches managers on issues of concerning team building and organization effectiveness.
Works with their Arizona HR team colleagues, and the wider FM Industries HR colleagues, to ensure professional implementation and execution of HR programs and practices, supporting the strategies of the business.
Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.
g.
, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, promote employee engagement and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management and staff.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.
LOA oversight Manages FM Industries 30/60/90 Onboarding program.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, working in a business partnership environment.
Excellent working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, resourcing, organizational design, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Experience in ADP WORKFORCE NOW preferred.
Experience working within project management teams, with a change management focus.
Demonstrates a high level of comfort interacting with all employee levels, from individual contributor to executive.
Program and project leadership skills with the ability to be a strategic thinker and develop communication strategy, key messages, and execution plans.
Proven experience in assisting and coaching senior leadership through change management and building trust among organizational leaders by driving performance-oriented results.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Advanced PC skills (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Visio, and PPT).
Strong writing skills.
Strong project management skills, with an ability to identify and analyze business needs and create process to address HR and business solutions.
Ability to stay current with development in the field of HR.
Ability to work effectively independently or in teams.
Reports directly to the Sr.
Human Resources Manager.
Must be willing and able to perform HR duties at all three FMI Arizona locations.
