Vice President of Finance Operations

Directs, oversees and optimizes all financial analysis for hospitals, ASCs and clinics, including budgets, forecasts and analysis of financial performance Communications leader to the Senior Leadership and Operations Management on established operational financial indicators for clinics, hospitals and ASCs, escalating critical financial issues to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Participates in financial due diligence for new business opportunities (RFP review, bid modeling, contract administration) Partners as key member of the dyad between financial and operational leadership and provides meaningful financial analysis and recommendations to improve operational performance Primary sponsor of the operating P&L's that provides profitability analysis by work locations and programs Interfaces with finance and operations teams to set and deliver operating performance and maintain sustainable metrics for operational excellence Provide recommendations on expenditure and revenue requirements to better align the organization on major corporate economic strategies, objectives, and policies Demonstrates a thorough understanding of internal financial policies and supports establishment of and adherence to processes and procedures Partners with FP&A and Accounting teams to foster stewardship of financial assets and accurately support cost accounting, forecasting and financial due diligence Ensure that financial cost models meet the reporting requirements of our operating units, clients, and GAAP reporting Oversee maintenance and support of business intelligence, reporting, planning, and analytics systems related to hospitals, ASCs and clinics Maintains a working understanding of all business systems, including both third-party and in-house systems Recommend and help design changes to finance business systems, including configuration changes, changes to integrations between systems, and software changes to in-house systems Lead efforts to provide accurate reporting and analytics with a focus on improving processes and implementing automation where possible Provide operations with consistent visibility to current financial performance through weekly communications and reporting Identify key cost drivers in various lines of business to continuously improve pricing structure and increase the organization's competitive advantage Utilize market intelligence to quantify emerging market segments and increase the existing customer value proposition EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
MBA in Finance or Accounting and CPA is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE 8
plus years of financial management experience required 3
years in health care finance required Experience working in a fast-paced and growing environment strongly preferred Experience working with private equity strongly preferred Health care and multi-entity, joint venture business organizations are preferred KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles Finance and accounting functions and principles including, budgeting, credit, investments, internal controls Financial systems and analysis programs and applications #J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Automation Business Intelligence Business Systems Certified Public Accountant Communication Customer Value Proposition Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
