Job Description:
This role is responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats or emails in an inbound contact center.
These individuals work in a fast paced environment that requires accuracy, use of logic, multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner while delivering a great client experience.
They provide seamless service delivery to answer client questions, resolve problems, perform account maintenance and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.
A Client Service Representative (responsiblities):
oIdentifies client needs and recommends solutions when fraud has been identifiedoRecords data captured during client interactions accuratelyoIdentifies and escalates through appropriate channels for items requiring risk review, exception handling or further analysisoReads frequent updates and learning materials, often while on the call, and implements into conversations with speed and accuracyoComplies with industry regulations, bank procedures, integrity levels of the department's system and financial controlsYou're a person who (required skills):

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
