Located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $100 million.
This iconic hotel has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a gelato shop/caf , and in-room dining).

Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications; Fun, energetic personality Administrative Assistant experience Food and Beverage knowledge preferred Great with computers and various programs Customer service and hospitality experience Great attitude Willingness to learn and grow Want to learn more? What will I be doing? As a Sales Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Perform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation Answer telephones Expedite correspondence Make travel arrangements Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed Provides department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.
Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned.
May assist in servicing clients.
