new listings per monthoCommunicate via phone and email with clients, agents, and the publicoOccasionally show propertyoHandle some aspects of Digital Marketing and Social Media MarketingoLead Database ManagementoSet up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing processoGather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS researchoFollow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file complianceoEnter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goalsoPost new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experienceQualificationso Must reside in Arizona to be considered for this positionoMust have a valid ARIZONA Real Estate LicenseoMust have at least 2 years of Real Estate Transactional experienceoThorough knowledge of:
