Responsibilities:
1. Install, configure, and maintain IPC and Verint Call Recording systems.2. Troubleshoot and resolve system and end-user issues as they arise, including on-call support as needed.3. Perform regular system checks and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.4. Work closely with other team members, leads, and management to develop and implement system improvements.5. Provide technical support and training to end users.6. Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system configuration and operation.7. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures, including adherence to data security protocols.Must have technical skills/
Experience:
IPC or Verint Call Recording systemsProficient in system troubleshooting and problem resolution.Strong understanding of telecommunication and VoIP systems.Flex Skills:
Call Center environmentSoft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
Interacting with different levels of the organizationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDegrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful:
