Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients in managing and maintaining their Azure network infrastructure.
Will work closely with our senior network engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' networks.
Provide first-line support for Azure network-related issues.
Assist in the design and implementation of Azure network solutions.
Monitor and maintain Azure network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the integrity and security of the network.
Document network configurations and changes.
Stay updated with the latest Azure networking technologies and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in networking, preferably with a focus on Azure.
Experience with Azure networking services such as Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, and Network Security Groups.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols.
Certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or equivalent are a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
