Leading our talented team of design engineers in developing cutting-edge integrated circuits (ICs). The Director in this position will have first-hand involvement in diversification as the organization ventures into new products and markets outside of its traditional spaces.Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership to the analog design engineering team, guiding the development of innovative analog and mixed-signal designs from concept to production Define and execute the company's analog design roadmap, aligning with market trends, customer requirements, and business objectives Lead the architecture and design of complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs) Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their technical requirements and providing expert guidance and support Mentor and develop the skills of analog design engineers, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and excellence within the team Qualifications Master's degree or PH.D. in Electrical Engineering 10
