Strategic Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership to the global engineering team, aligning efforts with the overall corporate strategy. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute engineering strategies that support business goals and drive innovation. Capital Budget Management:
Lead the development and management of capital budgets for engineering projects on a global scale. Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources to maximize project outcomes while maintaining financial discipline. Project Oversight:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and schedule requirements. Implement robust project management methodologies to drive efficiency and minimize risks. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and operations, to foster a collaborative and integrated approach to engineering initiatives. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Risk Management:

Experience:
