Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely and friendly communication.
Respond to candidate inquiries, and coordinate necessary documentation.
Perform general office duties, including typing, filing, and maintaining organized records.
Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, providing them with an overview of company policies and procedures.
Represent the company in a professional manner during career fairs and recruitment events.
Utilize computer systems and HR software to manage candidate databases, schedules, and other HR-related information.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a human resources or recruitment setting.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
Proficiency in typing, filing, and general office procedures.
Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to groups.
Knowledge of computer/cell phone applications and HR software is preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in human resources or related field is a plus.
