The ideal candidate will be responsible for working a large caseload of outstanding debts.
Responsibilities Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Resolve collection calls and achieve targeted goals Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Skills Strong phone presence and experience speaking with customers Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and negotiation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Collections, sales, customer service, or related call center experience, preferred Auto, DDA, Installment & Credit Card Collections experience a plus Basic math skills Intermediate knowledge of email, Internet browsers, and search functions What We Offer:
