The Advanced Technology Instructor will take a lead role in setting the vision for PVCP's advanced technology program, including developing PVCP's middle school, upper school, and elective course offerings; teaching courses to include coding, robotics, 3-D printing, and related fields; development and oversight of extracurricular offerings such as robotics club and coding club; and advising administration on effective technology integration across campus.
Responsibilities:
Recommend advanced technology courses to administration Propose curriculum for technology instruction Develop curriculum maps and guides for advanced technology course offerings Teach courses that might include coding, robotics, 3-D printing, computer-aided design, and related fields Advise administration on technology integration into campus curriculum Propose budget to effectively support the Technology Department Candidate Requirements:
Four-year college degree in education with emphasis in technology, curriculum development, engineering, computer science; or four-year degree in a related field Teaching experience preferred Expertise in coding, robotics, 3-D printing, computer-aided design; experience in digital arts and media a plus Experience in development and implementation of curriculum Classroom teaching experience Christ-like interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to tuition-paying parents A nurturing disposition as it relates to teaching and mentoring students Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all school constituents in a professional and courteous manner (both written and verbal) Administrative skills A self-starter who is motivated to take ownership of the position and program Adeptness at conflict resolution in accordance with biblical standards Agreement with and adherence to PVCP's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Standards Job Types:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
