We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by addressing a wide range of credit card-related inquiries. Operating within an inbound call center environment, you will handle a high volume of calls daily, providing prompt and efficient assistance while adhering to performance metrics. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with credit card profiles and various card-related issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. Manage approximately 75-100 inbound calls per day, ensuring each customer receives exceptional service. Uphold performance metrics, including average handle time, customer feedback surveys, service quality, and attendance. Collaborate with the 2nd tier level of support to resolve complex scenarios effectively. Participate in comprehensive training and receive ongoing support to excel in your role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Call center experience is preferred but not required. Experience in financial services or banking is a plus. Strong communication and active listening skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.
