is seeking an experienced and skilled Finish ABC Blade Hand with expertise in working between the curb to join our team.
As a leading construction company in Arizona, we specialize in providing high-quality utility services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finishing techniques and possess the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform finishing work on ABC (Aggregate Base Course) surfaces, ensuring smoothness and uniformity.
Work between curbs, ensuring proper grading and alignment according to project specifications.
Repair and patch any imperfections or irregularities in surfaces as needed.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
Adhere to project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a finish blade hand, with specific experience working between curbs, preferred.
Knowledge of finishing techniques and the ability to achieve smooth and uniform surfaces.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications as required.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and travel to different job sites as needed.
