30pm Your Impact As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for repairing assemblies and supporting manufacturing lines, performing preventive maintenance, quality testing, data gathering, filling out non-conformance reports, and supporting the engineering team and QA department as needed. What You'll Do Reports to:
Technician Supervisor o Assemble, install, repair, and maintain electronic components and systems. o Perform preventative maintenance on production test equipment and subsystems. o Provide feedback to Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Training, and Quality teams regarding failure modes and frequency. o Directly support the manufacturing line to meet daily and monthly goals. o Visually inspect, test, and assemble components or subassemblies using approved assembly procedures. o Use a computer to perform testing, download information or record test data. o Use hand tools, machine tools and various types of equipment to assemble and test products. o Transact materials within ERP system. o Promote a continuous improvement environment by looking for more efficient ways to perform daily duties. o Communicate effectively and work under pressure with minimal supervision. o Take initiative in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. o Solve problems or identify issues and assist in resolutions. o Make reasonable decisions and escalate accordingly. o Understand and comply with all ESD requirements. o Promotes a safe work environment by adhering to all safety requirements. What You Bring o 1-6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing o Knowledge of electromechanical systems o Ability to read and interpret written instructions. o Ability to use DMM. o Solder
Experience:
IPC J-Standard Certified is preferred but not required. o Ability to troubleshoot and solder with 10X or greater magnification. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Basic computer skills. o Ability to work within a team. Employees are required to apply ergonomic correctness to all job tasks to the fullest extent possible. Starting Salary $24.00 - $27.50 (DOE) This is a safety sensitive position for which impairment while working presents substantial risk of injury so the company will be testing for THC. Operate all manufacturing line equipment Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment Perform troubleshooting process for manufacturing operations Repair the manufacturing and support equipment as required to support manufacturing operations Prepare written manufacturing process documentation Document activities for production records and manufacturing equipment Write manufacturing processes and procedures for using on the manufacturing floor Improve quality and manufacturing issues Supporting manufacturing on quality related problems Perform routine maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment necessary for production within a clean room environment Followed throughout the manufacturing process Review and update manufacturing test procedures Perform general manufacturing production, non-production machine and equipment processes and maintenance Designed and deployed manufacturing equipment and processes Establish operating equipment specifications and improve manufacturing techniques Maintain and upgrade manufacturing equipment and tools Perform equipment repairs/maintenance in support of manufacturing operations Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes Sanitize and prepare process equipment for manufacturing/rooms Recommended Skills Analytical Assembly And Installation Business Process Improvement Communication Electromechanics Enterprise Resource Planning Apply to this job.
