Maintenance and Porter/Grounds - Immediate Openings!
Looking for reliable Apartment Maintenance Technicians and Porter/Groundskeepers We have positions available Valley-Wide!
We offer WEEKLY Pay and public transportation subsidy NO ON-CALL!
Maintenance Technicians:
PAY IS $19.50-20.50/HR (WEEKLY PAY!!!)
At least 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel, multifamily, commercial, mobile home park)
MUST have own basic hand tools
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical, drywall repair, painting, and appliance diagnosing/care
Maintenance technicians are to ensure the completion of all make-ready apartments (turns), and service requests
Groundskeeper/Porters:
PAY IS $16.50/HR (WEEKLY PAY!!!)
No Experience is required
Comfortable working primarily outside
Trash outs
Maintaining the grounds of the community
Power washing, leaf blowing, and painting
Note:
