Site Reliability Center supports all infrastructure within the bank, responsible for 24/7 operations of enterprise support, all technology and day to day operations - keeps the bank running, process pillars and observability, using tools and needs product owner to come up with policies and procedures, holding product vendors and the SRE tools team accountableKey
Responsibilities:
Getting and applying feedback for the tools, understanding any struggles or gaps, going back to the tools team and relaying those complaints and holding them accountable to provide resolutions, prioritizing our backlog of issues, contributing giving the team a life cycle of that tool - own that productMust have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):
