Responsibilities:
Coordinate and guide commercial real estate transactions of all sizes from signup through closing. Review and analyze title commitments, title exception documents, and surveys and draft title objection letters. Draft, revise and analyze easements, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, license agreements, and miscellaneous agreements and amendments. Prepare and assemble closing documents and closing instruction letters. Communicate with clients and opposing counsel. General real estate responsibilities.
Qualifications:
3
years of complex real estate experience dealing with high-value transactions for institutional clients. Commercial development, acquisition, and disposition experience. Commercial leasing and lending experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree Required Exceptional time management and organizational skills, the initiative to work independently as a self-starter, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent client-facing verbal and written communications skills are essential. Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills. Handle basic real estate matters Review real estate agency agreements Provide support on real estate closings Analyzing real estate survey and title documents Assisting the real estate department with commercial real estate transactions Coordinating due diligence for commercial & residential real estate transaction Prepare other corporate and real estate transactions Requested, assist attorneys and senior real estate paralegal on all phases of commercial real estate transactions Ensure all lease documents and real estate agreements Form new entities for real estate transactions Experience in all areas of commercial real estate transactions, including lender-side commercial real estate financing transactions Prepare legal documents in support of corporate real estate transactions Assisting in due diligence for residential real estate transactions Preparing and filing various real estate related documents Assisting attorneys with the preparation of transactional real estate closing documents Organize and form new entities for real estate transactions Handling the extensive documentation connected to real estate Inform as to status of real estate matters and to review and address real estate docket items and other real estate matters of importance or which need attention Assist with other contractual and legal initiatives Tracking real estate projects and legal obligations Recommended Skills Commercial Laws Corporate Laws Intellectual Properties Lawsuits Tax Laws Trademarks Apply to this job.
