Job Description

Onsite training and remote after training - MUST be onsite day one for orientation and equipment pickup.

This is a remote role but MUST come onsite from time to time for mandatory meetings (monthly/quarterly).

Candidate MUST reside in Maricopa County.

The initial EPSDT appointments for a new CHP member in the first 30 days.

The initial 30 days are devoted to a be able to with a care giver, explaining the importance of an EPSDT appointment, assisting with helping that care giver find a provider and following up to ensure and track the appointment occurred.

There are three EPSDT appointments that need to occur, Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health.



Experience:

Experience working in a Managed Care

Effective communication, telephonic and organization skills.

Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in care management.

Strong customer service skills to coordinate service delivery including attention to customers, sensitivity to issues, proactive identification, and resolution of issues to promote positive outcomes for members.

Computer literacy to navigate through Internal/external computer systems, including Excel and Microsoft Word.


Position
Summary:

The coordinator III will work directly with other coordinators to ensure quality of work delivered, performance/productivity benchmarks are met, and all compliance related issues are properly addressed, trained and coached on a consistent basis.

The Enrollment Coordinators play a critical role in working with our new member clients to determine eligibility and perform various enrollment activities.

Enrollment Coordinators interface with both individual plan members and employer group and requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support to ensure client enrollment and retention.

The Enrollment Coordinator III reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor, also functioning as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in the functions, processes, and eligibility procedures as they relate to Medicare Part D enrollment and CMS (Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services) Standards.


Education:

High school diploma or 2
years of relevant work experience.
