We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
This is a full-time position.
Pope Lime Company is a Wholesale Bar and Restaurant Supply company based in Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, emailing, and filing - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Answer phone calls and take detailed messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay based on experience.
