Digital Workplace Governance, Risk and Compliance Team is responsible for embedding Governance, Risk & Compliance program/processes into the Digital Workplace operating model.
The Risk & Oversight Manager will excel in developing and implementing risk frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensure enhanced risk monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Establish and lead a repeatable governance and oversight framework that ensures visibility, compliance, and proactive adherence across key governance and compliance areas including:
Risk Domain OversightProcess Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA)Audit & Exam EngagementPrivacy Risk Assessment Ongoing Third-Party AssessmentsEstablish an approach for identifying and tracking Digital Workplace Portfolio exposure across various key risk domains.
Orchestrate remediation necessary to address known and potential gaps.
Proactively work cross functionally to engage and drive adoption of program.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to risk policy non-conformance, procedures, and implementation process.
Establish a robust tracking process, detailed reporting, and analysis for senior management.
Communicate with application & process owners to implement risk controls, and mitigation plans.
Identify trends to assess adequacy of internal controls and compliance with company policies, state and federal laws and regulations.
Support the development of Portfolio dashboards and reports.
Ensure day to day management of a colleague, leading effectively and ethically.
Lend expertise, knowledge, and counsel to provide a clear strategies, perspective, and expectations.
Guide colleague toward improvement by focusing on strengths, teamwork, and shared understanding.
Proactively organize and lead colleague using excellent communication skills, listening skills, problem-solving, and evaluation skills.
Motivate and inspire colleague toward success.
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will understand the operational environment within a digital workplaceStrong understanding and exposure to risk, audit, compliance and information technology terminology, concepts, and best practicesStrong analytical framework and expert knowledge of Tech Compliance Tools (IRIS, ARCHER, etc)Strong project management skills with experience working on projects involving data processing, advanced analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of constituencies.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
QualificationsSalary Range:
$110,000.
00 to $190,000.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
