The o pportunity exists for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Family Practice physician with a passion for clinical medicine.

  • Work with underserved population of Maricopa County (metro Phoenix AZ)
  • 11 outpatient clinics distributed across Maricopa County
  • All clinics are designated as FQHC s
  • Eligible for NHSC/AZ State Loan Repayment Program with a score of 21
  • 4/10 hr or 5/8 hr shifts available
  • EMR EPIC
  • Approximately 20 -25 patients a day dependent on shift length
  • No OB/ No inpatient work
  • 1 night monthly of telephone call
  • W-2 position
  • Practice Commencement Bonus available

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, valid Arizona license and be Board-certified or Board eligible.
