Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in title processing, ADOT/MVD, and customer service.
Duties:
- Review and process title applications and documents - Conduct research to ensure accuracy of titles - Communicate with clients, lenders, and Auto dealer agents to resolve title issues - Coordinate with various parties to facilitate smooth title transactions - Utilize MAX systems for record accuracy and data analysis
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MVD/ADOT MAX software - Knowledge of AZ MVD/DOT and title processing procedures - Strong research skills to verify title information - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industry, utilizing your skills in MAX, research, title processing, and customer service.
