As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you'll provide top-tier legal representation in insurance defense matters. This fully remote role allows you to work within a 50-mile radius of the Phoenix city courthouse. Ideal candidates will have experience in construction defect, premises liability, personal injury defense, and general liability.
Responsibilities:
Manage insurance defense litigation from start to finish. Conduct legal research, analysis, and document drafting. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders. Develop case strategies and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:
JD degree and active State Bar of Arizona membership. 3-5 years of insurance defense experience. Strong litigation, research, and writing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
