Seeking a high level Technical Director for High Voltage gate drivers. This position is responsible for the development of gate driver IC's that serve industrial and white goods markets with a variety of power requirements. In this role you will also interact with R & D, business units and customers to help define the future IP, processes and packaging.
As the Director you will be responsible for developing High Voltage gate drivers that will serve multiple product lines as well as the following:
o Create/hire the team, provide ongoing mentorship and lead the new design team.
o Own the product development for high voltage industrial gate drivers, execution, and staffing.
o Collaborate with customers and the product line organization to develop product definitions, goals, and roadmaps.
o Standard business function of staffing, budgets, schedules.

Specific duties include:
o Work with
management to define High Voltage (HV) gate driver product roadmaps and specific project priorities.
o Help establish clear project definitions and scope to fulfill the strategy, define milestones, define key decision points to facilitate rapid learning, and rapidly execute.
o Build methodology to model behavior and performance of HV gate drivers.
o Design of circuit components, as well as modeling and predicting performance using self-built and industry standard tools.
o Partner with a cross functional team of engineers through all phases of development including specification, design, verification, and evaluation.
o Devise design for test and production test strategies for high volume manufacturing of HV gate drivers. Position Requirements
o Masters or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
o 10+ years industry experience.
o 4+ years experience leading development projects, preferably in the field of High Voltage gate drivers.
o Track record of successful development of High Voltage products for the industrial market.
o Must be able to hire and work with a diverse team of engineers and understand overall tradeoffs in creating complex products.
o Excellent written and oral communication skills.
o Experience with the following tools: Hspice/Spectre and HspiceRF/SpectreRF, Nanosim or XA, Verilog-A, LVS/DRC verification, schematic capture, and Matlab, Simulink, or other system level modeling tool. Shell scripting and programming experience are highly desirable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
