. This client is a developer and
manager

real estate
assets across the country. In this role, you will create financial models, prepare cash flow projections, quantify the impacts of real estate decisions, prepare financial models and business plans, prepare and analyze budgets and much more. A qualified candidate will possess the following:
Bachelors degre in finance,
accounting
or economics
3
years of real estate experience related to the job requirements
Experience with Argus software is required
Expeirence in financial model creation and utilization, budget and pro forma forecast preparation is required
Advanced Excel is required
Compensation for this role is $70-$95k DOE
