role fosters and develops client relationships in support of the Company mission.

Supervisory Duties:
o Assigns, schedules, and prioritizes workload of staff
o Provides technical and client-service guidance to a specific department and is responsible for the quality and timely completion of department projects.
o Schedules and prioritizes work tasks, and is responsible for training, problem solving, and implementing new procedures and methods.
o Responsible for maintaining adequate staffing to meet department ad goals. Adjusts personnel to meet peak workload demands.
o Strong history of initiating change, building relationships, gaining credibility, building teams and partnering with business leaders.
o Responsible for managing the department budget
o Communicates effectively
o Performance Evaluations
o Chair regular department meetings
o Timesheet review/approval
o Mentoring

Essential Duties:
o Schedules courier or field sampler, if needed
o Communicate project details to operations
o Works with operations to ensure adequate capacity for incoming work (forecasting)
o Familiarity with state and national program requirements as it pertains to work mix

Occasional Travel
Relocation Available/ Interview Travel Reimbursed
Bachelor's Degree

The ideal candidate will have client service experience in the environmental service industry. Knowledge and experience with lab methods and techniques is highly preferred.
