, is growing. We need a multifaceted Account Manager to help make our agency an indispensible marketing partner for our clients. Along with the Account Supervisor, your responsibility will be to manage relationships, timelines and budgets for some very cool, long-term clients. Here's what you'll do:
Ensure the work we deliver is top quality, on time and within budget
Develop relationships of trust with all your clients, maintaining clear communication channels
Manage project plans and timelines
Maintain accountability for project budgets
Manage project teams
Attend and contribute to status meetings, client meetings and client calls
Draft scope of work documents, internal account/project briefs, master
agreements, change orders, and any other documentation needed
Ensure all requests or key client agreements are documented and distributed
Understand client's business and anticipate client's needs, look for new opportunities to add value to the client's business
Ensure that the Account Supervisor is kept abreast of all key client work, relationships and financial issues
Ensure proper preparation before key meetings
Work closely with the Account Supervisor and VP Account Services to learn and develop; learn the agency's business, across the board
Here's what you'll need to bring:
2+ years of experience in an ad agency environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Advanced problem solving skills and a solution-oriented approach to client management
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding, fast-paced, creative environment
Passionate interest in marketing, strong understanding of the industry
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field
Proficiency in MS Office and Keynote
Driven to accept responsibility and accountability for work while seeking opportunities for additional challenges and growth

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
