Catapult is seeking individuals with Microsoft infrastructure experience that are interested in an exciting and challenging career in consulting (full-time roles). Catapult's commitment to the Microsoft System Center suite of products is emphasized by our Global Partner award, as well as our exclusive annual event, System Center Universe (http://www.systemcenteruniverse.com/).
What will I be doing?
You will join Catapult's team of dedicated Microsoft infrastructure consultants and deliver infrastructure engagements specifically related to the Microsoft System Center suite of products including Configuration Manager (SCCM), Operations Manager (SCOM), and Service Manager (SCSM). And if you don't know some of the System Center technologies, we will make sure that you get the appropriate mentorship and training to come up to speed!
This role will include high client interaction and the successful design, implementation, and/or upgrade of System Center solutions in medium to large enterprise environments. Responsibilities include:
Positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to Catapult clients
Assessing and understanding client requirements
Developing designs and implementation plans
Providing technical System Center leadership and delivery expertise on Catapult client projects
Implementing and integrating System Center solutions in client environments
Assisting Catapult Sales team with pre-sales activities and presentations, and developing Statement of Work estimates and content
What's required?
First and foremost, you need a great attitude and need to enjoy what you do!
Exceptional customer support, communication, documentation and presentation skills; experience presenting (technical) in front of diverse audiences
6-8
years experience in Microsoft infrastructure technologies
Experience with medium to large, complex SCOM, SCCM and/or SCSM enterprise design, implementations, and upgrades
Willingness to learn the System Center products that you don't currently have experience with
Experience monitoring servers, infrastructure and distributed applications across a large enterprise
MCSE or MCITP: Server or Enterprise Administrator
Proven experience working through the entire project lifecycle
Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction
Certification with current technologies
The ability to travel 0-20%
What else would make me stand out?

years experience in technical consulting
Extensive integration experience with System Center technologies
Windows Server, Hyper-V or VMWare virtualization experience
SQL Server experience
Windows Intune experience
Certification in Windows Server, Configuration Manager, Service Manager and/or Exchange
