Maintenance Technician
We are actively recruiting a Maintenance Technician.
Essential Duties:
-Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service
-Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community
-Ensure that apartments are ready for occupancy
-Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or its equivalent and one year of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and repair techniques. Candidates must also be EPA certified or become EPA certified within the first 60 days.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
