OFFICE OF ECONOMIC RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS SECTION /PHOENIX
The Arizona Department of Revenue is a state agency that exists to administer the tax laws of the State of Arizona.
JOB SUMMARY
Assists the Office of Economic Research and Analysis section with statutory and research responsibilities including the administration of tax credits as described in statute through research, data gathering, analysis and preparation of statutorily required reports. Assists with other general research and reporting requests as needed by the section and the Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Economics or closely related field and two years of economic, accounting or research work. Knowledge of economic principles, statistical analysis techniques, mathematics, interpersonal relations, time management, clear and concise writing skills, accounting, verbal communication, problem-solving and use of research techniques. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Access.

Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records and must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12.)
Depending on the position, employment is contingent upon completion of a post-offer medical/physical examination and the agency's ability to reasonably accommodate any restrictions.
