POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Consultant is responsible for the implementation of the lean operating system across the organization. These responsibilities include the development and implementation of numerous business transformations to achieve operational excellence, employee engagement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. This leader will partner with Managers in the business to not only support but drive and improve overall business performance.
Fundamental Components:
1. Experience in developing and deploying the critical elements of a Lean Operating System focused on operational excellence, cost reduction, employee engagement and increased customer satisfaction.
2. Partners with Lean Transformation Leaders to develop business centric focus within specific areas of the company.
3. Partners with specific business areas to help identify areas of focus, quantifying critical process elements such as number of FTEs, systems accessed and cost elements.
4. Train employees on lean tools and lead/facilitate Business Process Value Stream Design and lean events
5. Develop metrics and tracking mechanisms designed to update management and employees and measure progress against objectives.
6. Ensures all regulatory and compliance measures are met within global guidelines when designing and implementing change
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

years developing and leading cross-functional initiatives that improve operational and cost efficiency. Business process value stream experience is a plus
Demonstrated experience in crafting business solutions with experience in planning, assessing and implementing change
Solid business acumen accompanied by interpersonal savvy and team oriented leadership skills
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
