You must be a United States Citizen This employer participates in the e-Verify program Relocation expenses may be paid according to budget See Other Information section regarding Selective Service requirements This position is located in the Office of the Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) for Maintenance, Division of Transmission Lines and Substation Maintenance and reports to the Manager of Transmission Lines and Substation Maintenance. This position provides administrative and technical support to the Division Manager, Supervisor, Foremen III, and the Foreman of Coolidge, Gila, Mead, Page, Parker and Phoenix maintenance offices. Assists in the coordination of the scheduling of the division's heavy equipment and special purpose transportation equipment (i.e. crawler tractors, motor graders, bucket trucks, etc.) and coordinates heavy equipment work for the other divisions. Maintains and reviews the heavy equipment ten-year replacement plan. Recommends additions and/or replacements to the heavy equipment fleet. Coordinates and directs contract maintenance activities relating to the maintenance of heavy equipment. Maintains and tracks all heavy equipment fleet data, inspection reports, and test reports for insertion into various data base systems. Initiates purchase requisitions and purchase justifications for purchase of equipment, and purchase card reconciliation for the divisions heavy equipment and fuel purchases. Prepares purchase requisitions, schedules, and directs test equipment procurement and replacement. Initiates procurement actions to purchase major replacement equipment for the Transmission Lines and Substation Office. Reviews warehouse stock inventory, coordinates with all maintenance office divisions, and determines appropriate types and quantities of replacement equipment and parts to be stocked. Keeps spare parts inventory up to date and is responsible for the spare parts inventory. Develops projects, resource, and management plans for assigned projects. Responsible for the development and coordination of design, data gathering, and documentation of power system replacements, additions, and modifications. Develops the budget for assigned projects, tracks and analyzes budget projections with actual expenditures, prepares reports indicating status of funds for each of the direct and indirect assigned projects. Analyzes and corrects data in Maximo/BIDSS systems, and Transmission Line Database. Prepares reports, feasibility studies, Federal Power Agreements and Contract Specifications. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
1. Knowledge and demonstrated experience of maintenance practices associated with substations and transmission lines.
2. Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate experience of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Power System Safety Manual (PSSM),Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), safety and other industry standards associated with the maintenance of large transmission systems and substation facilities.
3. Knowledge of federal budget process.
4. Experience administering a computerized maintenance management system such as: Maximo and its interfaces with financial systems.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft software programs, word, excel, access, project and outlook.
6. Knowledge of substation equipment.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge of excel and how to manipulate spread sheets to track equipment and budget.
2. Working knowledge of budget and procurement process, including contracts, developing technical specifications, and sole source justifications.
3. Knowledge of data base software to track test equipment.
4. Ability to create costs estimates for projects and heavy equipment.
5. Knowledge of the PSSM and safety procedures regarding accidents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
