Project Coordinator
We are recruiting a Contract to Hire Project Coordinator for an Advertising Agency client located in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for coordinating agency projects and ensuring projects are accurate and on time. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and managing project expenses as well as reports.
Duties:
Coordinate digital, print and marketing agency projects
Work with the creative team to ensure projects are meeting budget, are accurate and meeting deadline
Work with outside vendors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time to the Agency
Schedule and participate in project meetings
Proof projects
Input projects in Agency project management software/tool
Assist with project financials such as tracking PO's, reports etc.
Requirements:

years of digital and creative project management experience
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or advertising or related field
Experience coordinating and managing digital and creative projects
Experience working in a project management software/tool and CRM system.
Advertising and/or Marketing agency experience preferred
This position is a contract to hire position and starts as soon as possible.
$19-22hr DOE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
