Director/Sr. Director, Product Marketing and Business Development
This is a great opportunity to join one of the Semiconductor Industry's premier Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) companies. Our client is a strategic technology and manufacturing partner to over 200 of the world's leading Semiconductor and Electronics OEM's.
This position is located in the Phoenix, AZ, area
What You Will Be Doing:
Product Marketing and Business Development for mainstream products and technologies to customers in various end markets.
Extensive customer interaction, push marketing efforts of mainstream products, such as wirebond, BGA, leaded, laminates, etc
Ownership of the translation of RFQ's into design wins toward revenue generating products
What Qualifications You Will Need
7
Years experience in Product Marketing management or Business Development in IC packaging
BS degree in Technical Field
MBA preferred
Knowledge of the Semiconductor Manufacturing and especially Assembly and Test process.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Demonstrated proficiency Microsoft Office tools
Motivated self-starter with leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects without direct supervision
Domestic and International travel required
Other Experience That Will Give You an Advantage
Direct engineering experience with IC packaging
Familiarity with the OSAT business model

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
