POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides marketing, outreach, communication, and social media support for Mercy Care Plan and Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care. These two health plans provide access to Medicaid services to members in Arizona.
Fundamental Components:
Develop and execute communication plans and materials related to the engagement and education of Medicaid members
Provide support to provider communication efforts as needed
Develop and execute marketing plans
Develop and execute marketing outreach strategies
Provides consultation and assistance in the execution of various outreach events
Create, update and maintain website content for MCP, MCA, MMIC - content development, updates website through content management system. Align website messaging with printed materials. Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies regarding websites.
Develop, recommend and execute social media strategies; maintain social media presence.
Plan project manager for internal communications initiatives for employees and employee leadership
Maintain and track various compliance requirements related to marketing and community outreach, for reporting to AHCCCS
Ensure marketing and communication compliance with state regulations and contractual requirements and deliverables
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Mid to senior level professional with 5
years in communications or editorial work related experience.
Medicaid marketing/communications experience preferred
Healthcare communications and marketing experience required
Demonstrated copywriting ability required
Management and execution of marketing, communication plans
Messaging for various audiences
Bilingual capability (Spanish) a plus
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
