Job Introduction
The Talent Acquisition Advisor aligned to New Store Openings is responsible for managing onsite hiring events for Sprouts new store locations. In this role you will have two primary customers: the store hiring managers and the candidates interested in Sprouts. Customer service is a cornerstone for what we do. Duties include managing career fairs, holding vendor calls, in addition to searching, screening, and tracking applicants to fill existing and future job openings at the store level. This position will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide administrative and hiring support to the Stores team and HR department through a strong work ethic, sense of commitment and a strong desire to succeed. The Talent Advisor needs to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a high sense of urgency and maintain professional demeanor under pressure. This position is required to adapt to changing priorities while managing high-volume hiring activities. This position will report directly to the Lead New Store (NSO) Advisor, but will also work closely with the Sr. Director Talent Acquisition and Talent Advisors on team member recruiting events outside of new store openings.
Overview of Responsibilities
New Store Opening:
Manage onsite hiring events for new store openings in defined territory.
Participate in update calls for your regions leading up to and after the hiring events.
Book rooms, catering and manage venue logistics prior to events.
Ensure new hiring kits have been ordered, banners in place and details for the event are set.
Support follow up calls with Regional Director and Store Manager after New Store Opening event up to hire date as assigned.
Ensure candidate flow for team members via 3rd party Recruitment Process Outplacement (RPO) vendor.
Engage in sourcing and screening for Management and/or Team Member candidates as assigned.
Deliver customer-focused service by advocating for the company and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Monitor workload effectively and manage productivity against established recruiting metric targets and new store opening requirements.
Develop credibility and drive internal partnership/ownership from hiring managers and executive team to effectively execute the enterprise NSO Hiring Strategy.
Team Member Recruiting Support:
Work with Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition and TA Advisors to execute cluster events in your territory.
Process paperwork and cluster event requests, secure event locations, and manage venue logistics for cluster events in assigned territory.
Manage onsite hiring for cluster events and flex events in assigned territory when needed.
Maintain event calendar and ensure process for cluster events is being followed.
Track metrics for cluster events.
Act as utility recruiter in high volume/understaffed stores within your territory as assigned by Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.
Support sourcing and screening for team members in assigned territory and schedule for interview days with Store Manager, Trainers and/or Regional Trainers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to effective manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated relationship-building and influencing skills (at all levels).
Must be comfortable working in a Regional Office with limited daily oversight.
Road Warrior - ability to travel (75% travel required for this role at peak times).
Strong selection and interviewing skills and ability to articulate viewpoint to key clients.
Clear and professional communication skills - written, oral and interpersonal.
Sound business judgment and unquestioned ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
Preferred
Experience:
2-3 years of recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or combination of both); demonstrated success in recruiting for Management candidates.
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System ICIMS preferred
Experience working in grocery strongly preferred
Recruiting experience in grocery or a multi-unit retail environment.

Travel to/from meetings and to various locations.

Standing continuously for 3 hours, for a total of up to 8 hours, is expected to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
Must maintain a current valid driver license, an acceptable driving record, and current insurance required by state law.
