Position Overview: The Non-Clinical Intervention Operations Trainer (NCIO) is part of the Non-Clinical Intervention Operations Training Team. The NCIO Trainer functions at the direction of the Senior Manager of Training. In this role, the NCIO Trainer is accountable for developing and conducting new associate training, cross-training associates in all non-clinical interventions, and providing ongoing professional development training of staff. The NCIO Trainer is responsible for continuously assessing and strengthening training curriculums and methods utilizing evaluation methodologies to determine the quality of trainings.

Develop, update, and maintain all training materials for the Non-Clinical Intervention Operations Department;
Plan, conduct, and coordinate training & post-training for all Non-Clinical Intervention Operations positions as dictated by departmental goals and objectives;
Develop all training curriculum for NCIO to incorporate adult learning concepts and meeting best practices;
Report training outcomes to appropriate leadership and make recommendations regarding the release of trainees to independent work;
Facilitate and evaluate mastery testing of new associate training;
Develop, distribute, and analyze employee surveys after each training session;
Provide additional training to identified employees per feedback from management;
Cross-train other departments and become familiar with their processes;
Interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine instructional design requirements for the development of training courses;
Monitor, assess and report on accuracy/quality of associate performance;
Conduct one-on-one coaching to ensure proper execution of operational tasks;
Collaborate with leadership in providing consistent feedback regarding performance and productivity, up to and including creation and administration of development plans when performance is below standards;
Understand non-clinical intervention tasks to assist in development and review of departmental operating procedures;
Aid management in the analysis of operational systems for performance efficiencies and program enhancement opportunities;
Participate in group and individual call observation, evaluation, and quality calibration sessions;
Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience in a development and delivery of training;
Experienced in instructional design methods that incorporates adult-learning theory and best practices to meet the learning goals;
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver content and engage learners in a variety of settings;
Solid analytical skills to assess effectiveness of trainings delivered;
Effective one-on-one coaching and development skills;
Ability to apply principles of persuasion and/or influence;
Experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS) and understands how to leverage online teaching systems to facilitate adult training;
Strong operational knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills;
Strong critical thinking and decision making skills;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and handle pressure with tact and poise;
Dependable, highly motivated and a team player;
Must be able to travel.
Preferred:
NICE call recording software experience; and
Articulate Studio software experience a plus
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required;
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time) Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force
Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions
Subject to inside environmental conditions
Travel for this position will include the ability to travel at least 5% of the time or as required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
