As a Receiving Lead, you will be responsible for exceeding our customers' evolving expectations by providing "best in class" customer service and a pleasant and fulfilling shopping experience.

The Receiving Lead ensures that product being received through the back of the store is processed in an accurate manner within expected productivity guidelines.
The Receiving Lead must possess a strong leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to perform a wide variety of job tasks, both on the sales floor and in the receiving area as business needs dictate.
Performs Operations Associate tasks Responsible for taking customer orders, picking/retrieving the items, packaging and then shipping the items to customers in a timely manner Inspects shipments for damages or defects and records discrepancies or damages Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies Manages and processes freight flow by verifying units received and unpacking and processing merchandise Provides direction to organize and rearranges merchandise as needed to execute stocking plans and presentation standards Manages process and productivity for RTVs, ROPIS, transfers, etc.
Acknowledges customers in a courteous, helpful and respectful manner; prompting and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support Operates in all facets under the fundamental principles of GOT A PEN Uses LEAD when assisting customers Knowledgeable of available technology and leverage tools Performs all responsibilities associated with cashiering, when required Supports housekeeping standards throughout facility, cleans back room and sales floor as needed Assists customers by offering a Beyond order when merchandise is out of stock or not carried in the store Performs additional duties as required including, but not limited to, stocking, freight processing, price changes, cart retrieval, break room and restroom housekeeping Demonstrates commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on site attendance, is reliable and follows through with responsibilities Key Dimensions of Role Responds to various straightforward customer requests Provides information on products to customers and may make product recommendations Escalates customer issues to senior team members Requires basic knowledge of the merchandise in assigned product area in store and online Builds understanding of attributes of various products and customer shopping trends Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision Work may include merchandise processing and stockroom and sales floor organization of a more complex nature May help train or provide guidance and support to new associates Impacts the sales results of assigned merchandise area Education/Experience/Qualifications: o High School diploma or equivalent o 2+ years of retail experience desired o Effective communication and customer service skills o Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
