You must meet one of the items listed below (A, B, or C):
A. Possess a degree in behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position. (Must provide transcripts) B. You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service that includes the following:
Utilizing knowledge of established child welfare practices, general child issues regarding unaccompanied children, including standards for health care services, the Flores Settlement Agreement, the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 (TVPRA), etc. to provide program oversight and assess program compliance; Assisting with overseeing the establishment and operation of shelters and care providers responsible for the housing and care of unaccompanied children Assisting in the coordination of care and custody of unaccompanied children Analyzing data to recognize trends at shelters and evaluate program performance Identifying issues or improvement opportunities at unaccompanied children facilities Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
