Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes assisting higher graded staff in the planning, implementation, coordination and execution of acquisitions of permanent interests in real property by negotiated sale or condemnation; participation in project development teams for large scale public works projects; assisting in working with working with other federal agencies and local or state agency partners; and researching and analyzing title evidence. OR Education-Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as business administration, public administration, organizational management, or other closely related discipline pertinent to the management and administration of real estate transactions. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes independently participating in the planning, implementation, coordination and execution of acquisitions of permanent interests in real property by negotiated sale or condemnation; participation in project development teams for large scale public works projects; assisting higher graded staff in working with other federal agencies and local or state agency partners; and researching and analyzing title evidence. OR Education:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as:
business administration, public administration, organizational management, or other closely related discipline pertinent to the management and administration of real estate transactions. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
